We are going to renovate our homepage in March.
The use of the homepage is restricted by moving the customer DB to a new server.
(March 31st ~ April 2nd)
Please refrain from using the homepage during this period.
Moving customer DB from existing stand-alone servers to a cafe 24 hosted account.
There will be changes to customer information and ID.
1. Related to customer information
* Customer information: Basic shipping information such as name, address, contact number, etc.
* Final mileage point
2) Something that cannot be moved
* Existing order details
* Mileage details. (Only the total amount of final mileage point will be transferred.)
The old order and mileage details will be provided by creating a search button on the new homepage.
2. Related to ID change
As hosting is moved to Cafe 24, the ID that does not meet the standard of creation of Cafe 24 is randomly changed.
The following IDs do not meet the criteria for generating:
1) ID that starts with a number, with the first letter in a number (ex) 1234rosenlied
2) ID with special characters (ex) rosenlied_bjd
3) ID with uppercase English characters (ex) RosenLied
These IDs will be arbitrarily changed and transferred when moving the member database.
1) If the first letter is numeric, a is added to the front.
(ex) 1234rosenlied -> a1234rosenlied
2) Special characters are removed.
(ex) rosenlied_bjd -> rosenliedbjd
3) All uppercase letters in English will be changed to lowercase
(ex) RosenLied -> (ex) rosenlied
Please let us know if you want to change your ID before moving the member DB.
Then we'll put the old miles into your new ID.
If you want to sign up with a new ID even after the homepage transfer,
We can give you the old mileage into your new ID.
* When the homepage transfer is finished, IDs that do not meet the above generated conditions will be randomly changed as shown above.
* If the homepage is moved, only the customer information and final mileage points will be moved.
The previous order details and mileage details cannot be moved.
* Hosting the old homepage will be maintained to verify the details of the old order and mileage.
* If the ID changes as shown above (ex) 1234rosenlied
- Check the old order details: Look up the old ID at the old homepage link (1234rosenlied)
- Order a new homepage: Log in with changed ID. (a1234rosenlied)
Please be careful when you use the new and old homepage (detailed confirmation).
